Effects of Different Organic Fertilizers on Improving Soil from Newly Reclaimed Land to Crop Soil

چکیده
The rapid development of cities in the recent 10 years caused a reduction cultivated land area, which only accounts for 14% total area China. Land and reclamation have been regarded as an effective way to compensate farmland occupation. However, most newly reclaimed has poor soil fertility suitability; some cases, production capacity is 10–30% occupied farmland. In order ameliorate quality land, this study evaluated effects commercial organic fertilizer (0.75, 1.50, 2.25 kg/m2), mushroom residue (1.50, 2.25, 3.00 biogas slurry (150, 225, 300 vegetable cake (0.30 0.60 chemical compound (37.50 g/m2) on pH, moisture content matter (OMC), available phosphate, nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis microbial biomass carbon number bacteria phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, well growth maize seedlings. results from indicate that (OMC indicator) was ameliorated by fertilizers, particular 9.35–16.35% increase content, 11.56–18.72% 1.73–2.15 fold OMC, 338.44–491.41% P, 36.80–48.14% N, 95.32–128.34% 92.57–178.38% bacterial numbers, 7.57–20.87 compared with control. pot experiment further indicated amended fertilizers 20.35–30.55% height 12.50–16.67% dry weight addition, representative strains ability dissolve phosphorus fix nitrogen were successfully isolated using culture method, then identified based colony morphological observation 16S rDNA sequence analysis, help us not understand why great effect improvement, but also provides beneficial resources study.

Soil Organic Carbon Sequestration in Reclaimed Minesoils
Land disturbance during mining results in loss of soil organic carbon (SOC). Reclamation of minelands can lead to recuperation and sequestration of SOC. The SOC thus accumulated, not only replenishes SOC losses but may also offset additional carbon di-oxide (CO2) emission. The assessment of the above was done on a chronosequence of reclaimed minesoils comprising pasture with topsoil application...
متن کاملThe Effect of Land use and Soil Erosion on Soil Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Stock
Soil organic carbon (SOC) is a principal component in soil quality assessment. Knowledge of SOC and total nitrogen (TN) stocks are important keys to understand the role of SOC in the global carbon cycle and, as a result, in the mitigation of global greenhouse effects. SOC and TN stocks are functions of the SOC concentration and the bulk density of the soil that are prone to changes, influe...
متن کاملEffect of organic and mineral fertilizers and land management on soil enzyme activities
Sustainable and rational management of agrophytocenoses depends on various bioindices and methods of application, particularly the development and protection of soil resources (Lai et al., 2002). Among other indices, enzyme activity is proposed as a universal index of soil fertility and contamination (Dilly et al., 2003). To ascertain and to make a comparison of bioactivity variation during the...
متن کاملOpposing effects of different soil organic matter fractions on crop yields.
Soil organic matter is critical to sustainable agriculture because it provides nutrients to crops as it decomposes and increases nutrient- and water-holding capacity when built up. Fast- and slow-cycling fractions of soil organic matter can have different impacts on crop production because fast-cycling fractions rapidly release nutrients for short-term plant growth and slow-cycling fractions bi...
متن کاملEffects of Soil and Crop Management Practices on Soil Quality
Developing the concept of soil quality may help identify the soil and crop management practices required for environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable agriculture. Objectives of this paper are (1) to review current efforts to define soil quality, (2) to discuss factors and processes which influence soil quality, (3) to identify, soil and crop management practices that affect proce...
